Are all of your products vegan?
All of the products we sell are completely vegan.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We only work with brands that care about the environment as much as we do, this means that all of their packaging will be recyclable.
What are Truth About Makeup’s ethics?
Here at Truth, we have a love for animals which means we only sell products from brands that are cruelty-free and vegan. Not only that, we also care about the planet, so ingredients are ethically sourced, there is no palm oil in any of the products and packaging is environmentally friendly.
Due to us feeling so passionate about these ethics, we only work with brands that share the same values and morals as us.
Shipping & Returns
Which countries do you post to?
Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside the UK.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like a product?
If you’re not happy with a product you have received, we can give you a full refund (excluding delivery) within 14 days of you receiving the product.
How are my products being shipped?
Your orders will be shipped using Royal Mail standard delivery, which can take 3-5 working days. Please note that if you order products from different brands, you may have more than one delivery at different times.
